摘要
运用双浴凝固法纺制了不对称中空纤维膜,用以二氧化碳与甲烷气体分离,制膜体系为PI/NMP,双浴凝固浴介质为甘油/水,所制得膜的αco_2/CH_4=52,(P/1)co_2=1.2×10^(-6)cm^3/cm^2·s·cmHg.
Asymmetric gas separation hollow fibers spun out of a solution of PI,NMP systems for CO_2/CH_4separation can be prepared,using two nonsolvent baths (glycerol/water)during precipitation.High se-lectities were obtained(α_(CO_2/CH_4)=52),and gas flux was(P/1)_(CO_2)=1.2×10^(-6)cm^3/cm^2·s·cm Hg.
