摘要
圆体成形车刀加工圆锥面工件时 ,存在较大的双曲线误差 ,在设计圆体成形车刀时必须根据工件圆锥许可双曲线误差 [δ]的大小。采用计算机辅助计算的方法来设计圆体成形车刀。
When a cylinder-shaped cutting tool is used to turn a surface of cone,the hyperbola error is terrible,and it is necessary to limit the value of the error within an allowable scale.This paper suggests a segment design of cylinder-shaped cutting tool for turning surface of cone.
