The Fe-Mn-Al(Cr)-C alloy is gained when alloy elements Mn and Al are substituted for Ni and Cr.Its base is austenite.Then it is soaked in a corrosin medium for a test.The result shows that the corrosion resistance of Fe-Mn-Al(Cr)-C alloy is superior to that of 0Cr18Ni9 austenite stainless steel in the 20% HCl aqueous solutions.
