摘要
分析了钢丝绳在使用中的断丝原因。通过光学金相、电子金相及微区成分的分析 ,得出钢丝在索氏体化后的组织生长不完全 ,则对随后冷拔过程中易于在索氏体组织生长不完全区域萌生裂纹 ,从而使钢丝绳在服役过程中发生断丝现象。
The cause of wire breaking of the wire rope in use is analyzed.It is shown by the analyses of the optical and electronical metalloscopes and the element of tiny areas that the storbite structure does not grow to perfection after sorbitizing.The steel wire is easy to germinate crack in the defective area of sorbite structure which leads to its breaking after cold drawing in service.
