摘要 在反求工程和快速原型技术基础上,分析了反求工程中目前主要使用的表面重建方法,并以三维扫描获得的数据点,利用三维扫描表面重建的方法,采用 Unigraphics软件进行三维重建,得到三维实体模型,转化为快速原型制造所需要的STL表面模型,采用LOM成形机制造出原型,与石膏型铸造工艺相结合,最终制造出金属零件/模具. This paper analyses the main methods of surface reconstruction in reverse engineering on the basis of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technologies. Unigraphics software is employed to reconstruct the 3D solid model of the data sets of 3D points gained by 3D scanning, then the solid model is transformed to STL surface model needed by rapid prototyping. The rapid prototype is fabricated by LOM, and then combined with plaster casting process, the metal parts/mould is casted finally.
