摘要
公用企业由于其自身特点在社会经济生活中占有极其重要的地位 ,对普通民众日常生活影响极大 ,但公用企业的垄断行为严重影响了社会福利。因此 ,有必要从理论上对传统的垄断法理论进行检讨 。
The public enterprises play a very important role in the social economic life and have a great effect on the everyday life of the ordinary people, because of their own features. However, the monopolization of the public enterprises has a very huge side effect on the social welfare. The author of the present paper questions the validity of the monopoly and put forward some corresponding legal countermeasures to solve this problem.
