摘要
从人力资源管理与企业竞争优势的内涵入手 ,通过建立人力资源管理与企业竞争优势的关系模型 ,分析了从人力资源管理到企业竞争优势的两种方式 ;从企业战略管理的角度 ,探讨了人力资源管理与企业持续性竞争优势的关系。在此基础上 ,提出了构建企业战略性人力资源管理系统的思路。
This article discusses the concept of human resource management and competitive advantage, and analyzes the two ways from human resource management to competitive advantage through establishing their related model, and comments on the relationship of human resource management and sustainable competitive advantage from the view of firm′s strategic management. Based on the above analysis we suggest that the thinking about firm′s strategic human resource management should be constructed.
