摘要
在人类社会中 ,经济与文化各自都有着自身的发展规律 ,但它们之间又存在着互动关系。西部大开发可以说是对民族地区的大开发 ,丰富的西部民族文化资源在西部经济大开发中有着不可低估的价值与作用。对民族文化生态的保护和建设 ,是摆在西部人面前的一项具有挑战性的课题。它不仅关系到西部经济的可持续性发展的问题 ,同时也关系到西部地区的民族团结与社会稳定以及中华民族本土文化的承传与复兴等问题。而西部大开发的最终成果 ,必应体现在西部经济与文化的共同繁荣之上。
It′s regarded that Developmet of Western Areas is a construction of national region.The richness in national and cultural resources in the west has a value and function which cannot be under estimated in the development of western economy.It′s a challenging task which is confronted to all the westerners about how to protect and construct the national and cultural ecology. It′s not only related to the problem about how to develop the western economy continously,but also related to the national unity and social stability in the Western Area and to the revival of the Chinese native culture succession.
