旅游业具有的新兴产业性质和其在国民经济中的产业关联性决定了西部旅游业实现跨越式发展的战略前提 ;西部地区的旅游资源禀赋形成了将资源优势转化为产业优势的基础条件 ;西部旅游业要实现跨越式发展应坚持实行区域性整体协调发展战略和制度创新与产品创新战略。
As a rising industry, tourism relates to many other industries in the national economy. This kind of quality decides the strategic prerequisite of realizing the development in giant strides in westward tourism. Natural endowments in the west form the basic condition of turning resources superiority into industry superiority; In order to realize the development in giant strides we should put into practice the strategy of regional overall development and the strategy of bringing forth new ideas in system and products.
