摘要
在我国当前特殊的经济环境下形成的买方市场，不同于西方发达国家的买方市场，具有典型的经济过剩特征。它的出现标志着我国经济发展到了一个关键阶段，经济结构的调整已经十分突出地摆在了我们面前，加大经济结构调整的力度是加快我国经济发展的关键一环。
At present, our country has formed buyers' markets under the special circumstances of economy. The buyers' markets of our country are different from the west developed countries, but the markets are of the typical surplus features. The emergence of buyers' markets marks such a fact that the economic development of our country has entered a crucyal stage and the adjustment of eco- nomic structures has glaringly confronted us, so making the efforts in the adjustment of economic structures is the key link in speeding up the economic development of our country.
