摘要
改革开放以来，山东省和全国一样，城乡和地区间市场化程度发展的不均衡巳成为城乡居民收入差距拉大的关键，农村市场化程度的高低直接决定与影响到城乡居民收入分配的差异，所以采取切实可行的措施，尽快提高全省农村特别是欠发达地区农村经济运行的市场化程度，就成为当前缩小城乡居民收入分配差异的理性选择。
Thanks for the reform and open-policy, Shandong province, as other places in Chi- na, the imbalance of the market development between rural and urban areas is greatly attributable to varieties of income among inhabitants between rural and urban areas. Therefore, certain practicable measures should be taken to develop the market economy, especially in undeveloped rural areas of our province. This is the ideal selection to minimize the differences of income distribution between rural and urban areas.
