摘要
西部因历史流变而形成的文化圈和因地理单元的独特性造成的文化板块，使西部文化整体 上具有一致性而层面上又有特殊性。只有正确处理好历史文化的厚土与现实文化的重负之间的关系，处理好经济一体化与文化多样化之间的关系，依据不同地域的文化形态制定文化发展战略，确立富有西部特色和多民族色彩的经济与文化综合开发模式，才能推动西部社会的 全面发展。
The cultural circle and modes formed by historical changes and individual geographical features in the western part of China, on one hand, produce an overall consistency of the west culture, but on the other hand, they reflect specific characteristics at different levels. Therefore, how to deal with the relation of cultural historical heritage and modern culture, of economic integration and diverse cultures, regulate cultural development strategy according to variou s regional cultural forms and set up a comprehensive west-styled mode for the e conomic and cultural development will be a significant step to an overall development of the west society.
