工党在 1997年、2 0 0 1年两次大选中都将发展教育作为竞选中的首选目标 ,其教育改革主要包括教育优先、教育终身化、教育现代化和教育民主化。以上举措是布莱尔面对全球化的浪潮 ,振兴民族之改革中不可或缺的部分 。
The Labour Party set its first aim on education development in its two General Elections time in 1997 and 2001.The education reform mainly includes education priority, life\|long education,education modernization and education democratization. The measures above are the necessary parts composed of the pack of Blaire's reform to revitalize their nation to meet the challenge of globalization.Also,this is the important reason for its government to overwhelm the Conservative Party.
