摘要
管理要创新 ,高校行政管理也要创新。高校行政管理只有创新才能适应新时期高校发展的需要。本文阐述并提倡高校行政管理要更新观念、找准定位和明确目标 ,因其作者认为更新观念、找准定位和明确目标是高校行政管理创新的前提。
The general management is the process of innova ti on,so does the administrative management of university.Only the administration i s updated to the times,can it be suitable for the development of universities in the new age.This article expounds and advocates establishing new ideas and read justing the orientation and objective of the university administration because the author regards them as essentials for updating the university administration .
