摘要
中国经济发展的多层次性 ,特别是居民收入的多层次性 ,使看似饱和的固定电话市场仍有很大的发展空间。但要拓展这个空间就必须改变固定电话单一的资费形式 ,丰富资费菜单 ,使消费者在选择中实现效用最大化 。
Owing to the multi layer development of economy ,e specially the multi layer increase in the income of people in China,the telephon e market which looks like fixed and saturation still has enormous rooms for deve lopment.But in order to extend the market,the single fixed structure of telephon e tariff must be changed and tariff menu must be enriched so as to make consumer s realize the maximum utility in choice and make the operators of fixed telephon e realize the maximum benefit in using production capacity fully.
