摘要
跨国直接投资对东道国产业结构的调整具有重要作用。亚洲和拉美一些国家的经验教训值得 我们借鉴。这些经验教训说明，要使跨国直接投资对东道国产业结构调整发挥积极的作用， 东道国还必须在发展水平，调整能力、市场、政策、环境等方面具备一定的条件。
Transnational direct investment has great influence on the host country's industrial adjustment.The experience of Asian and Latin American countries is of great value to us.The experience shows that in order to make the transnational direct investment play an active role in the structural adjustment of industry,the host country must provide good condition in developing level,ability of adjustment,market,policy and environment.
