摘要
国有企业改革是中国经济体制改革的重点、热点和难点 ,其中关于国有企业法人治理结构问题无论在理论还是在实践上更引人关注。法人治理结构是国有企业组织机构现代化、法治化的关键 ,公司的法人治理结构问题 ,正成为政治学家、经济学家、法学家共同关注和研究的国际性课题。
The reform of the state-owned enterprises is a key and difficult project in the reform of the economic system of China. And the corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprises has been paid much attention to both in theory and in practice. The corporate governance structure of the legal persons is the key to the modernization and legalization of the state-owned enterprise organization. It has become an international research project for politicians, economists and legalist.
