摘要
在人类社会进入２１世纪之际，正值我国社会发生巨大而深刻转变的历史时期，学校体育面临新的机遇和挑战，学校体育如何深化改革，以适应社会、教育和体育的需要，这给所有的学校体育工作者提出了应当回答和思考的问题，本文着重论述了学校体育目标的性质和层次。
The physical education is facing new opportunities and challerges when our country is in the historical period of great changes at the beginning of the 21st Century Such aproblem should be answered that how the reform of physicdal educdtion is deepened so as to meet the need of society, education and physical emphatically. The paper enphaitcally expounds the nature and adminixtrative levels of the physial educational object.
