摘要
随着铁路现代化的发展及铁路变 (配 )电所综合自动化系统和无人值班的逐步实现 ,远程视频监控系统日益得到重视和应用。本文针对铁路变电所的特点 ,论述了远程视频监控系统应具有的功能和发展方向 ,提出了一种基于多媒体的铁路远程视频监控系统方案 ,并对系统组成、配置及通道结构等进行了详细分析。样机系统表明 ,本方案技术先进、结构合理、通道适应性强 ,尤其适用于铁路变电所的视频监控。
With the development of railway modernization, integrated automation systems for unmanned railway substations are being realized, therefore, the remote video monitoring systems are sure to be used widely. According to the practical situations of railway substations, required functions and developing aspects of remote video monitoring systems are discussed in this paper. One kind of multimedia-based remote monitoring system for railway is proposed, detailed analysis are made for the system constructions, configurations, and channel structures. The sample system shows that the system has much superiority such as advanced technology, reasonable structure and good adaptability of channels. It is especially suitable for video monitoring of railway substations.
