滑动接触下影响梯度多层膜塑性变形的因素

摘要 利用有限元法对梯度多层膜进行了计算研究 ,得到了在受粗糙面滑动接触作用下 ,梯度多层膜的各主要参数即膜层总厚度、膜层层数及膜层 /基体弹性模量之比与应力分布的关系 ,分析了各参数对薄膜产生塑性变形的影响 。 Stress distribution in the gradient layers coating has been investigated with Finite Element Method. The relationship between the stress distribution and the main structure parameters of film, which are total thickness, layer number and elastic modulus ratio of film and substrate of the gradient layers coating under sliding contact by the rough surface, has been obtained. The effect of every parameter of film on the plastic deformation is analyzed. It is indicated how to decide the parameter properly during preparation of the gradient layers coating.
