摘要
交通拥挤已成为城市交通的一大难题 ,智能交通系统 ( ITS)能够从全局上对车辆、道路及其相关因素进行综合管理 ,最大限度地发挥现有道路、车辆的能力 ,提高运输系统效率。全球定位系统 ( GPS)与地理信息系统 ( GIS)相结合可以提供位置信息 ,对于 ITS的实现大有帮助。文章主要研究基于 GPS的车辆导航与监控系统的设计及实施方案。
Traffic congestion has been an urgent problem in most cities.Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) administrates vehicles,roads and related factors as a whole to make best use of them.The connection of GPS and GIS can provide accurate position data which can be used to aid the realization of ITS.This paper mainly deals with how to navigate and monitor vehicles with the application of GPS so as to make the transport system intelligent.
