摘要
目的 :观察参麦制剂对慢性肺心病患者免疫功能的影响 ,提高慢性肺心病的治疗效果。方法 :用“泸春”牌参麦注射液辅助治疗慢性肺心病 40例 ,并与 2 0例常规治疗组疗效进行比较。结果 :治疗组主要临床症状 ,体征及细胞免疫功能有明显改善 ,且显著优于对照组 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。结论
Objective: To observe the adjuvant effect of Shen Mai injection on general conditions and immune functions in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods: The main symptoms and signs and immune functions (subgroups of t cells) of 40 patients with adjuvant treatment of Shen Mai injection were compared with those of 20 patients without adjuvant treatment. Result: The Shen Mai injection treatment group was significantly better improved than the control group. Conclusion: Treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease by combined TCM and western medicine is better than by simple wostern medicine.
