摘要
本文介绍了一种由红外光束阵列及单片机系统组成的动物活动自动监测与分析的仪器。该仪器能进行动物的一维或二维活动的检测 ,可连续工作时间在 9h以上 ,并能按具体要求进行多种统计处理 ,也可以在检测结束后查看动物在不同的时间所停留的位置。文中给出了电路框图及程序流程图。为了防止人为干扰动物的活动 ,仪器的监测部分与操作显示部分相互独立。本仪器经模拟小鼠试验和对小鼠活动的实际检测 ,证明仪器采集的数据准确可靠 ,可以替代容易出错的人工观察和成本较高的显像跟踪系统。
In this paper is described an instrument composed of an array of infrared rays and a singlechip system, which is designed to automonitor and analyze animal's movements. The instrument can monitor animal's movements in one dimension or two dimensions; it can run more than 9 hours without any break, and it can do a variety of statistical processing on specific demand. Moreover, it can review the animal's locations at different time after monitoring is finished. An electric circuit block diagram and a program flow chart are showed in this paper. In order to avoid that the animal's activities are disturbed, operations and display parts of the instrument are located at different places. The data collected by the instrument have been proved to be accurate and reliable with a mouse movements simulation experiment, where the mouse's activities, were measured. The instrument can be used instead of manual observation, which often introduces mistakes, and it can replace the expensive tracking imaging system.
