摘要 为了探讨住院病人对不同健康教育方式的态度 ,为医院针对性地开展健康教育提供依据 ,以提高健康教育质量 ,采取随机抽样法对 2 77例住院病人进行问卷调查。结果病人对具有互动特点的教育方式比较喜欢 ,对护士面对面示范的教育方式喜欢和比较喜欢者占 79.4 % ,而对静态的缺乏互动的教育方式兴趣不足 ;其文化程度不同 ,对自学健康知识的喜爱程度差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;病人对自身疾病相关知识的了解程度不同 ,其对护士示范、自学与学习他人经验的喜爱程度差异有显著性意义 (均 P<0 .0 5 )。提示医院开展健康教育应重视对健康教育方式的研究 ,选取病人最能接受的、效果最佳的教育方式施行健康教育 ,同时指导病人自学医学知识及健康保健知识 。 In order to investigate the manners of the patients upon the different health educational modes so as to provide the basis for the hospital developing health education pertinently and improve the quality of health education, random sampling method was used to perform a questionnaire investigation on 277 in patients. The results showed that the patients were in favor of the teaching modes having the characters of interdynamics, 79 4% of the patients were in favor of the teaching mode of face to face demonstration. The patients were not interested in the teaching modes having no mutual exchange. The education levels were obviously related with the interest in the health knowledge ( P <0.05). The understanding of the patients to the disease related knowledge was significantly correlated with the fancy to the nurse's demonstration, self study and learning of other experience (all P <0 05). It was suggested that the development of the health education should pay attention to the study on the modes of health education. The acceptable and optimal educational modes were chosen to implement health education. Simultaneously, it was necessary to guide the patients to self study medical knowledge and health care knowledge as an important supplement in developing health education.
