摘要
目的 报告 5例活体肝移植 (LRLT)供体术后的随访情况。方法 回顾 1995～ 2 0 0 1年施行的 5例LRLT供体的相关资料。结果 供体的平均住院日为 10 (8～ 14)天 ,出院时肝功能均正常 ;无供体死亡 ,仅 1例术后发生供肝切取断面渗血 ,保守治疗后出血停止。最初 2例供体术后随访 1年后均恢复至术前正常的体力活动。结论 对富有经验的肝脏移植外科而言 。
Objective The aim of the authors was to report their experience of 5 donors with living related liver transplantation(LRLT).Methods The records of donors of LRLT performed between 1995 and 2001 were reviewed retrospectively.Results Mean donor hospitalization was 10 days(range 8～14)with normalization of all liver function assays by the time of discharge.There were no donor deaths and only one case had complication(bleeding from the wound of liver).One year after donation,the initial 2 donors had resumed their pretransplantation status.Conclusion In LRLT harvesting liver is a safe procedure for modern hepatic surgery and should be advocated.
