摘要
采用米曲霉为试验对象 ,以加入植酸钠为影响因素 ,经培养提取酶液测其蛋白酶活力 。
Adopted Aspergillus oryzae as experiment target,added sodium phytate as influence factor,determined its proteinase activity by cultivating and extracting enzyme solution,made out the changing condition of proteinase activity after influencing by factors.
