摘要
针对烟草的成花决定、开花诱导、成花信号以及生产上存在的早花问题进行了讨论 ,并提出了烟草在诱导开花过程中有待进一步研究的问题 :①诱导感受态的存在 ,低温诱导和光周期诱导的敏感时期是否一致 ,诱导时间是否有临界期限 ;②不同诱导条件生理信号是否相同 ,信号传导途径是否一致 ;③应答基因的启动和表达 ,及表达过程中的影响因素等。
The research progresses in tobacco flowering from the following aspects: floral determination, flowering induction, floral signal and early flowering of tobacco were reviewed, and the problems in flowering induction of tobacco were also presented for further research.
