摘要
电解放电复合磨削是把机械磨削(Mechanical grinding)、电解(Electrolysis)、电火花(Electricaldischarge)复合而成的加工方法(Combined machining method),简称为MEEC加工。本文介绍了根据MEEC加工要求而设计制造的MEEC磨轮在线修整系统的设计方案,并详细阐述了对系统进行控制的单片机控制系统的设计过程。
MEEC is the method of Mechanical Grinding, Electrolysis and Electrodischarge Combined Machining. This paper points out the scheme of the MEEC wheel on-line dressing system according to the MEEC method. The design process of the single-chip microcomputer control system is discussed in detail.
