摘要
首先介绍面向微机电系统的CAD软件的特点,具体讨论面向MEMS的CAD系统的显示设计,然后对在PC机上以Windows为平台,运用OpenGL技术来进行CAD系统的显示设计进行了探讨。
In this paper, the feature of MEMS-CAD is introduced at first. And then, the display design method of MEMS-CAD is discussed in detail. Later, we make a study of how to fulfil the display design of MEMS-CAD System, which based on Windows?platform of PC.
