基于面向对象的覆盖件模具三维结构设计系统的研究

摘要 在考虑已有研究的基础上[1],进一步实现了一个基于面向对象的汽车覆盖件拉延模三维结构设计系统。该系统主要包括:用户界面、模具初始化总体结构设计、模具标准件结构设计类、模具典型零件结构特征设计类。并以覆盖件拉延模具典型零件及标准件结构设计为例,具体说明面向对象的三维结构设计类的表示方式和实现方法。最终达到简化覆盖件模具结构设计过程,初步实现模具三维结构图的自动生成。 In this paper a 3D-structure-design system of die for automobiles?covering parts based on object-oriented was further realized on the base of previous study. The system included user interface, initial structure design of die, the class of structure design for standard parts and the class of feature structure design for typical parts. Taking the structure design of die for covering parts, the express model and realization method of 3D structure design class by adopting object-oriented indicating method was specified. Finally the process of structure design for the die of covering parts was simplified, and auto-regeneration of 3D structure drawing was generally realized.
