摘要
利用索氏提取器和超声波发生仪对沉积物中的多氯代有机物进行萃取处理 ,当萃取剂为石油醚和丙酮 (体积比为 1∶ 1)的混合物时 ,前后二者对于 3种氯代有机物的回收率都比较高 ,相比之下 ,后者不仅节约溶剂 ,而且效率较高。其中在最佳条件下 ,利用超声波发生仪萃取待测样品 ,HCB,r- 6 6 6 ,pp'- DDT的回收率分别为 88% ,89% ,6 8%。
The different methods of extraction Polychlorinated organic from sediment/water system were studied in this paper,say ultrasonic wave and Soxhelt's extractor.With the two methods,the recovery efficiencies of the three Polychlorinated organic were good with the addition of hexane acetone (v∶v=1∶1).The result showed that the former is not only economical,but also time saving.With the ultrasonic waver under the optional condition,the mean value of recovery efficiencies for HCB,r 666 and pp' DDT were 88%,89% and 68% respectively.
