摘要
在分析电网经济运行的基础上,考虑厂网分开、竞价上网等电力体制改革发展需要,提出将综合上网电价作为电网调峰经济目标,在经济调峰中把发电煤耗、网损、综合上网电价作为目标进行研究,建立相应的目标函数模型,确定电网经济调峰的约束方程。应用模糊数学理论,导出反映电网经济调峰模糊特性的隶属函数,建立电网经济调峰的多目标模糊非线性优化模型。将所提出的多目标模糊非线性优化模型应用于黑龙江省电网运行中。应用结果表明,提出的模型调峰经济性好,可操作性强,易于在实际电网调度中推广应用。
As the result of electric power supply network analysis for economic operation, the consolidated network price is set as the economic goal for peak avoidance on network to satisfy the needs of electric power system transformation, and the amount of coal consumed for power generation, the damage to electric power network and the consolidated electric network price are studied as goals to establish the necessary target function models and determine the restraint equations for economic peak avoidance on electric network. Subordinate functions are derived using the fuzzy mathematic theory to indicate the fuzzy characteristics of the economic peak avoidance on electric network and establish the multi -target fuzzy nonlinear optimum model for economic peak avoidance on electric network. The application of the multi-target fuzzy nonlinear optimum model suggested to the operation of Heilongjiang electric power network proved the model suggested a useful tool which can be easily used to achieve good economic results in peak avoidance efforts.
