摘要
结合哈尔滨地区电网的实际情况，论述了建立地区电网负荷预测管理系统的功能、设计原则；对系统结构的硬件、网络结构和系统平台、数据库、工具软件的选择及网络通信功能、面向用户软件包等问题进行了技术分析和比较。
With necessary considerations accorded the actual condition of the electric network in Harbin, the function and design principle established for the construction of regional electric network load prediction and management system are discussed the selection of system structural hardwares, network structure, system platform database, tod softwares, and the network communication function and the customers oriented software package, etc, were technically analysed and compared.
