摘要
本文在试验研究的基础上提出了度量喷丸强度的新参量:无量纲冲击弹痕直径■_d。■_d 与喷丸产生的残余压应力场的深度成正比,与通用的 Almen Intensity(AI)相比,能更好地反映喷丸强度。
On the basis of tests a new parameter measuring shot peening intensity,non -dimensional diameter,_d was proposed in this paper._d is proportional to dep- th of compressive residual stress field due to shot peening.Compared with Alm- en intensity (AI),_d is a better parameter to determine shot peening intensity.
