摘要
针对一种最新研制成功的新型直线电机驱动冲压机 ,为了准确测量它的瞬态冲力 ,对采用的计算机辅助测试系统进行了动态标定。对于动态标定所得的结果 ,运用系统辨识法计算整个测试系统的频率特性。计算结果表明所建立的数学模型是有效的 。
In order to exactly detect the transient impulsion of the novel punch driven by linear motor,the dynamic demarcation has proceeded in the computer aided detecting system.The system identification method is used to calculate the frequency performance of the whole testing system according to the results obtained by the dynamic demarcation.The results show that the built mathematic model is effective,and the detecting system can be used in the sample machines under development and performance test of finished products.
