摘要
本文采用定量金相方法确定固溶温度、冷却速度与γ′析出相含量及尺寸分布之间的定量关系,为确定热处理工艺提供依据。结果表明,固溶温度升高,γ′析出量增加,并且在1120℃达到峰值;超过此温度则γ′含量降低。300℃盐浴等温较水冷和油冷具有更多的一次γ′含量和较少的晶界γ′含量。因此,采用300℃盐浴等温可明显改善合金的持久性能。
The quantitative relationship between solution temperature,cooling rate and γ' precipitate content and size distribution have been studied by optical quanti- tative metallography,which provides a basis for PM Rene'95 turbine disc heat tre- atment. The reaserch shows that the primary γ' precipitate content increases with the solution temperature till a maximum value reaches when the solution tempe- rature is 1120℃,and then decreases with further increasing solution temperature. There exist more primary γ' and fewer grain boundary γ' in samples salt-bath quenched at 300℃ than water qnenched or oil quenched.The results of stress rupture tests shows that stress rupture life can be greatly impoved by salt-bath quenching at 300℃
