摘要
电力系统一次运行方式变化、设备检修、新设备的投运等都需对保护配置和定值作相应的变化 ,引入专家系统将实现继电保护运行决策的智能化。本文是以区域网的继电保护装置为研究对象 ,采用面向对象的设计方法 ,通过总结继电保护运行部门的运行经验 ,将其与继电保护运行规程、继电保护基本原理及调度规程细则综合为一个整体 ,研究一套辅助继电保护运行决策的专家系统。同时利用 ODBC建立专家系统与已有管理信息系统的数据交互。
A decision making expert system is developed based on the results of the studies of relay protection devices in a large regional power system.The work is done with an object\|oriented method on the basis of the main principles of relay protection and the experience of relay protection operators,and in accordance with the existing operating instructions and dispatching regulation.The expert system,capable of exchanging its data with MIS through ODBC,is designed for determining operating modes of relay protection in electric power systems.
