摘要
水泥粉喷射搅拌桩（简称粉喷桩ＤＪＭ ｐｉｌｅ）是加固软土地基的一种新方法，它可较大地提高地基承载力、改善变形特征，减小沉降和不均匀沉降．本文以昆明市西山区千禧龙庭会所工程为例，说明水泥粉喷桩复合地基的工程特性和应用，结合现场静荷载试验，验证加固后的地基承载力计算结果．
The cement ash mixing method is a new method to strengthen soft soil foundation, it can be greatly improve the bearing capacity of soil bearing and deformation and reduce the regular and uneven settlement of soil. By using a practical project as example in Kunming, this paper is to clarify the application of cement ash mixing method and its characters and combine the on-the-spot loading test to verify the calculating result of soil bearing capacity.
