摘要
以电机内部磁场网络划分理论为基础 ,分析了典型直流直线电机磁通密度分布。以场的分析理论为指导 ,对一种小型永磁磁钢直流直线电机进行了设计计算。列出了这种小型永磁磁钢直流直线电机的详细计算公式 ,对设计结果进行了实际参数测试。
The distribution of magnetic flux in a typical DC linear motor is analysed based on the theory of inner magnetic field network partition, and a new small permanent-magnet DC linear motor is designed and calculated according to the field analysis theory. The calculation formulae of the new motor are listed in detail and its actual parameters are tested. Finally the results obtained and the application of the new motor as driving components installed on fine tracking systems are discussed.
