摘要
研究制备了单组分钯、单组分镍、双组分钯 镍作为主要活性组分 ,以γ 三氧化二铝为载体的负载型催化剂 ,同时研究了制备方法和浸渍法中浸渍顺序对催化剂最终性能的影响 ,确定了以低含量贵金属钯为主要活性组分的负载型催化剂。并从转化率、选择性等多角度进行评价 ,最后筛选出最佳催化剂 ,并推断出反应历程。
Supported catalyst using elemental Pd, Ni and Pd with Ni as the main active component, and γ-Al 2O 3 as the carrier were prepared. The effect of the impregnation sequence during preparation on the final properties of the catalysts was investigated. Assessing the properties of the catalysts from the angles of conversion ratio and selectivity, a catalyst with a low content of noble metal Pd as the active component is confirmed to be the best catalyst. Besides, the course of reaction is discussed.
