热轧SiCw/Al复合材料的组织与性能 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了热轧变形对SiCw/Al复合材料组织与性能的影响,提出挤压态复合材料须在垂直于晶须的排布方向进行轧制;铸态材料要获得较大的轧制变形量必须交叉轧制。挤压后材料的可轧性大为改善。文中详细讨论了热轧变形后强度及塑性的变化及其影响因素,分析了在两种轧制变形方式下,晶须转动和取向以及热轧对晶须长径比(1/d)的影响。 The effects of hot-rolling deformation on microstructure and properties of SiCw/Al composites have been studied. It was suggested that as-extruded composite could be rolled without cracking in direction perpendicular to the extrasion. The rollability of the extruded composite could be improved. Cross-rolling must be conducted for as-fabricated ones. The effects of the hot-rolling on the strength and ductility, whisker aspect ratio(l/d)of the composites were discussed in detail. The way of the whisker rotation and orientation has been analysed under the two-rolling conditions.
