摘要
大连希望大厦是大连市标志性建筑物 ,共 41层 (地上 38层 ) ,高 170 6m ,是集办公、商场、餐饮、停车场于一体的多功能大厦。在原设计中顶层悬挑部分为现浇混凝土结构 ,施工难度大 ,后改用钢结构。作者对此新工艺作了有意义的探索。
Dalian Hope Mansion is one of the mark buildings of Dalian City,with the height of 170.6 meters and 41 floors(38 floors on the ground),which is a multi\|functional building serving as office room,market,restaurant and parking lot. The purpose of this paper is to contemplate the overhanging steel structure,a new construction technology adopted in the top floor design,replaceing the cast\|in\|place concrete structure.
