摘要
分析了沧州市水资源危机的现状与存在问题 ,并从实际出发 ,提出了要采取行政、经济、技术、法律的手段 ,多策并举 ,标本兼治 ,全面节流 ,适当开源 ,提高污水利用率 ,科学利用微咸水 ,搞好南水北调前期工作 ,达到水资源的可持续利用的观点。
This paper gives an analysis to the present sta tus and existing problem s of water resources in Cangzhou.Based on the actual conditions,some suggested f easible means are put forward to realize the sustainable utilization of water re sources.
