摘要
本文摸索和稳定了AMLR方法,对AMLR中的技术关键,如T和非T细胞分离纯度、AMLR是否受外来抗原干预以及DR抗原是否诱发AMLR等进行了研究。结果表明AMLR不受FCS外来抗原干预。用DR McAb封闭自体刺激细胞上的DR抗原,自体反应性T细胞的增殖显著降低;相反,用PWM诱导自体刺激细胞上的DR抗原表达,则自休反应性T细胞增殖显著增高。
This paper established the method of AMLR and investigated: ① the purification of T and non-T, ②whether AMLR was influenced by foreign or not, ③whether AMLR was induced by DR antigen or not. The result showed FCS foreign antign did not affect AMLR, auto T response was obviously low when DR antigen on the auto--stimulated cells was blocked with DR monoclonal antibody, but auto T response was evidently high when DR antigen was stimulated with PWM lectin.
