摘要
本文应用一系列抗细胞表面抗原单抗,抗SmIg同种型和独特型单抗检测了正常人群和骨髓瘤白血病患者PBMC表面抗原,SmIg及其同种型和独特型决定簇的表达。结果表明,骨髓瘤、白血病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群比例失调。8例ALL中6例患者细胞表达T淋巴细胞表面标志,3例CLL和3例HCL中分别有2例患者PBMC表达B淋巴细胞表面标志。抗独特型单抗与同源患者PBMC呈阳性反应,与正常人群和非同源患者PBMC大多数呈阴性反应。
The expression of cell surface antigen, SmIg and its isotype as well as idiotype in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of healthy subjects and patients with myeloma and leukemia was analysed by using a series of monoclonal antibodies against cellular surface antigen, isotype and idiotype of immunoglobulin. The expressive frequency of CD4+ in patients with myeloma and leukemia was lower than that in normal subjects, while CD8+ were higher. The results showed that there was an immunoregulatory abnormality in the patients with myeloma and leukemia. T cellular surface markers of PBMC were expressed in 6 of 8 patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) . B cell surface markers were found in PBMC in 2 of patients with hairy cell leukemia and in 2 of 3 patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibodies could reacted positveily with PBMC of homologous patients, not with PBMC of healthy subjects and non homologous patients.
