摘要
本文利用识别白细胞介紊2受体的单克隆抗体对11例肝胆管结石患者肝动脉血和外周静脉血的淋巴细胞进行了分析。发现其肝动脉血中IL-2R^+细胞明显增多。提示活化的T细胞局部增殖并可能参与了肝胆管结石的病理过程。
IL-2R+ cells in hepatic artery blood and peripheral blood were analyzed 昳n 11 hepatolithiasis patients. The percentage of IL-2R+ cells was defined by indirect immunoflurorescence using monoclonal antibody against IL-2R.
It was found that IL-2R+ cells were significantly increased in hepatic artery blood of the hepatolithiasis patients than control donors.
