摘要
介绍建立莆田市基础地理信息系统的基本框架，并对基础地理信息系统建设的有关技术问题作了详细的探讨，得出了有益的结论。
The basic frame about constituting Putian urban basic geographic system is introduced in this paper. Some technology problems on constituting basic geographic in-formation system are discussed in detail, and some available conclusions are given.
