摘要
应用阶梯式复交育种体系,对棉花纤维品质性状在单交、三交和四交群体中的遗传与变异进行了研究。结果表明,2.5%跨距长度、比强度和马克隆值三个纤维性状在单交、三交和四交群体中的表现均存在极显著差异,其中2.5%跨长和比强度在单交、三交、四交群体中逐渐增大,而马克隆值四交群体比单交和三交群体显著减小(马克隆值越小,纤维越细),表明控制纤维长、强、细的基因随亲本数和杂交次数的增加而逐渐积累,不同群体中出现的优良植株比率也随之逐渐增大,表明这种方法提高了有利基因重组体的频率,是改良纤维品质的一种有效育种方法。
Applying step-shaped complex hybridization breeding system.The inheritance and varia- tion of fiber quality characters in single cross,triple cross and tetracross in F2 populations of cotton were studied by.Results indicated that three fiber quality characters (i.e.2.5% span length,strength and mieronaire value) exist very significant difference in different populations mentioned above,of which,2.5% span length and strength increasing gradually in single cross,triple cross and tetracross populations,but micronaire value in tetracross populations de- creasing evidently compared to that of single and triple cross populations (the lower micronaire value the thinner fiber fineness).This showed that genes which control the length,strength and fineness of fiber accumulates gradually as the increase of different parent numbers and crossing times.As a result,the number of prospective plants increased also.It is thus implied that this method not only increased the recombinant frequency of favourable genes,bntalso an effective breeding approach to improve fiber quality.
