摘要
研究了杂种棉川杂4号及其亲本的光合物质生产及养分状况对源、库影响的差异。结果指出:棉花单株叶面积发展呈三次多项式曲线,株干重、株铃重增长服从 Logistic 曲线;花期和初絮期可分别作为研究源、库关系的起、止点,平均净同化率作为源功能的指标,并用叶重持续期(LWD)和株铃重(PBW)分别作为度量源、库大小的单位。
The difference of the dry-matter production,its source-sink relationship and effect of nu- trient on source and sink were studied by using the hybrid cotton Chuanza—4 and its parents. Results showed that the development of the leaf area per plant could be fitted by the curve of a cubic equation,the pattern of the total increased dry—matter weight and the total boll weight per plant (above ground) showed logistic curve;early flowering,early boll opening stages could be regarded as the start and end point of research on source—sink relationship,respec- tively,and the leaf weight duration (LWD) and the boll weight per plant (PBW) could be used as measuring unit of source and sink,respectively.
