Tai模型在棉花品种稳定性分析中的应用及其在区试中的意义 被引量:4

APPLICATION OF THE MODEL TAI ON STABILITY ANALYSIS OF UPLAND COTTON AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE TO REGIONAL TRIALS

摘要 对1988~1989年长江流域棉花品种区域试验皮棉产量的机误均方进行误差变异系数、点内年度间 F 检验、卡方(X^2)检验之后,取同质的18个点次的资料,采用 Tai C.C.(1971)模型,进行参试品种稳定性测验,结果证明,估算的参数精确度提高。据此,建议区试质量的鉴定应以同质性检验为准,或以误差变异系数 CV≤10%作为试点资料取舍的近似标准。 The coefficient variation,F value and X^2 value were applied to examine the mean squares of chance error for lint yield from the cotton varieties regional tests in the Yangtze Valley during 2 years (1988~1989).The homogeneous data of lint yield was collected from 18 location and time.The parameters of genotype stability of entries were obtained through application of the Model Tai C.C.(1971).With the parameters,the 6 varieties are ordered as Simian 2,Gan 85-6,chuan 2338,Jing 4115,Tong 84-239,Xiao 833-18.The linear response coefficient and the deviation of linear response were produced as-0.99,-0.31;0.11,59.00;0.19,124.21; —0.92,132.26;-1.42,354.28;3.03,-303.13,respectively,by which there comes a clearer picture of stability difference among different genotypes.The paper also proves that there is obviously better accuracy with examination of genotype stability through homogenetic data. Therefore,it is recommended by the paper that the homogeneity test be followed in the evalua- tion of regional test,or approximately,coefficient variation CV≤10% be considered in the data collection.
